Artisan Guild: "Age of the Greatgoblins"

Hello, adventurers!

October brings us into the world of the Greatgoblin Bronzeclad!
These minis will come in handy when you need the larger Goblinoids on your game plan, but with the right color scheme they will look great as Bronze Age Orcs or Hobgoblins!
As always, each mini is fully modular, so you can decide how to assign (and glue) the weapons. Also, as always, all mounts and epic mounts have saddles compatible with the other releases, so you can assign any rider to any mount, mixing and matching your favorite sets.

Goblin Bronzeclad
Clad in intricately carved bronze armor, the Great Bronzeclad Goblins represent the pinnacle of goblinoid evolution: towering, cunning and insatiable in their lust for conquest. Hailing from the rugged peaks of Cragjaw Mountain, they are the vanguard of a new era for their species. Under the iron leadership of Bolg Magnus, they are poised to lay siege to the legendary city of Anphitria, setting the stage for their ultimate goal: the subjugation of all Rotvars.

Bolg Magnus
Haunted by the lost glory of an ancient goblinoid empire, Bolg Magnus is a visionary with a dark obsession. He believes that the goblinoids have fallen from their once majestic heights, becoming mere shadows of their former selves. Fueled by this belief, he gathered a formidable army and overthrew the High Goblin King of Rotvar, who had presided over the decline of the goblinoid clans. Now, as a self-appointed dictator with imperial ambitions, Bolg Magnus aims to extend his rule beyond the goblinoids to all sentient races of Rotvar. Riding his fearsome Ignis Chimera, his first target is the legendary city of Anphitria. A skilled tactician and ruthless leader, Bolg Magnus is a villain in the eyes of many, but in his mind he is the savior his people need. His name is enough to strike terror into the hearts of free peoples and inspire unwavering loyalty among his followers.

Brutus the Enterprising
Captured as a young Greatgoblin by Minoc soldiers during a skirmish, Brutus found himself sold as a slave in the lower districts of Anphitria. A wealthy merchant, recognizing his indomitable ferocity, thrust him into Colosseum fighting. Over the years, Brutus' reputation grew, and crowds clamored for a showdown between him and the reigning Minoc champion, Tavros. However, such a duel never occurred, as both gladiators were too valuable an asset to risk losing.

Bolg Magnus, who had witnessed Brutus' prowess in the arena, saw the potential for something greater. Using a group of scouts and goblin thieves, he orchestrated Brutus' daring escape. By offering him a chance at true freedom and a role in the empire he envisioned, Bolg earned Brutus' loyalty. Now, as one of the most valuable warriors in the Bronzeclad Greatgoblin army, Brutus fights not as a slave but as a free Greatgoblin, committed to the cause of reclaiming lost glory.

Cassia Lyresong
Born into a lineage of Greatgoblin arcanists and keepers of legends, Cassia was always destined for a less ordinary life. Her family guarded ancient scrolls that spoke of the lost Goblin Empire, fueling her dreams with tales of heroism and greatness. However, his path took an abrupt turn when his village was sacked by rival goblin clans. Her family's scrolls were stolen, but Cassia managed to escape with her life and her harp.

Wandering the lands, she honed her skills in both music and combat, becoming an exceptionally talented bard and a warrior of considerable skill. Her journey led her to the army of Bronzeclad, where she met the great commander Bolg Magnus. Intrigued by his vision of a restored goblinoid empire, she joined his cause, seeing it as a way to reclaim her family's lost legacy.
As Enchantress of Battle, Cassia is both the muse and the tune of the Greatgoblin army.

Ignis Chimera
In the annals of the mythical beasts of Rotvar, few are as feared or instill fear as the chimera. The Chimera of Ignis is a monstrous amalgam of a lion, a goat and a snake, whose origins are unknown. Once a scourge that roamed the wild mountains of Cragjaw, the Chimera of Ignis was tamed by Bolg Magnus himself in a daring feat that cemented his reputation as a leader of unparalleled courage and skill.
Now armed and ridden by Bolg, the Chimera Ignis is the ultimate symbol of the strength of the Bronzeclad Greatgoblin army and the embodiment of their quest for dominance.
With its lion's mouth capable of spitting hellfire, a serpentine tail that emits venomous bites, and a goat's head whose gaze can hypnotize and drive enemies to madness, the Chimera Ignis is more than just a beast of war: it is an omen of the apocalypse. Its presence on the battlefield means that the Great Goblins of Bronzeclad are fighting not only for victory, but for a new era.

Bolg Magnus
Nightmaulers, known colloquially as Owl Bears, are formidable creatures native to Rotvar that combine the brute strength and ferocity of a bear with the keen instincts, agility and predatory skills of a bird of prey. Elite warriors among the Greatgoblin ranks undergo rigorous training to master the art of riding these fearsome beasts, training that often ends with the Nightmauler devouring the would-be knight. Those who succeed become Nightmauler Knights, who serve as the vanguard of the Greatgoblin army. Their arrival on the battlefield is an omen of impending doom, and their collective roars reverberate like a death knell in the valleys.
